As suggested by Mihir Nagarkatti and Kuba Tutak: even if a Banana Farm can't produce an income in Deflation Mode, if you can build Monkeyopolis, the Cash Drop will work.
The good news is that you can afford it in a normal Deflation Mode run.
The bad news is that you can't have a Banana Farm in standard deflation mode because is missing from the available towers.

To solve this, the only option is to make a challenge: everything is like in Deflation Mode, but you can buy a (non working) Banana Farm (and you are forced to use Gwen, sorry, I was too lazy to change my current hero). Also no instas/continues and such.

Cash drops start from the end of round 31 to the end of round 94, when I had to sell Monkeyopolis to survive.
It's 64*$300 = $19,200 more than a normal deflation, but some of them are spoiled to buy (and sell) Monkeyopolis itself.

The strategy is similar to my legit round 100 deflation mode run, done in the actual mode.
