In short:

1) Place a trap (Normal or XXXL).
2) If a round ends and the trap is full, then exit to the main menu and restart the game (restarting the app works better, especially with the normal trap)
3) Reload the game and tap the trap to get $1000 (normal Bloon Trap) or $20000 (XXXL Trap)

I used this exploit to build a temple at round 108 (with two sacrifices, Support and Magic). Then i bought the expensive Ultraboost to buff the main towers.

By the release 11, after round 100 rounds became harder a lot faster and round 200 is very hard (unless you want to cheese it with Ezili or Legend Of The Night).
But with this exploit you can afford the best towers and the best buffs, so have fun before it will be fixed!
