So, I made a little mistake where I said Android 10 One UI 2 update on Samsung Galaxy phones does not have Bluetooth Dual Audio feature, turns out, It has been moved and is now under the 'Media' tab.
This video shows you how to use Bluetooth Dual Audio feature and enjoy music over 2 Bluetooth enabled speakers or headphones.

Bluetooth Dual Audio lets you play music over 2 different Bluetooth speakers or headphones so you and your friend can enjoy the same track together.

Separate app sound lets you configure which app can play sound/music over Bluetooth speakers and the rest of the apps play sound through the phone's speaker.
