Here's a video sample from an Olympus Pen E-PL1. The camera captures 720p video (1280x720) from its main camera at 30 frames per second, stereo sound at 44100hz (mono built-in mic, optional stereo adapter), and in AVI file format.

In this video we switched to AF-S / M mode and deliberately defocused to create the desired "bokeh" balls effect.
