Here's a video sample from the HTC Radar, their new Windows Phone 7.5 device with improved camera. The phone captures VGA video (640x480) from its front camera at about 28 frames per second, stereo sound at 48000hz, and in mp4 file format.

Note: The video is recorded in portrait orientation. We took the video in landscape so we had to rotate the file. This might affect the quality that you'll see, but only just a little bit.
