Bomberman normally got 50 levels, but it also got a password system that allows you to start on a level beyond that number. Since it collect the level data from the wrong place, strange things can happen. Powerups can look like a piece of explosion or a dead character, and the whole game can crash (most likely from trying to load an enemy from the wrong place), sending you back to the title screen.
This password puts you on level H3. It keeps going up to H9, and then to I0. After I5, it decides to go to 0, and after that you will start on the normal Level 1. I kept playing the normal 50 levels just to see if some overflow point would crash it later, but nothing changed. So if you are lucky, this code gives you 14 more levels to play around with.
