Tetris - Game A [Nes][CompleteTheGame]
0The story of Tetris is long and interesting, buy I will not get into that.
This is Game A where the game slowly gets faster and faster until it gets so fast so it is pretty much impossible to keep playing. Levl 29 is seen as the impossible Kill Screen level, even if you use emulators and savestates, but it was beaten legit by Joseph Saelee not long ago thanks to some tricks.
You get different endings depending on the score, which changes the rocket that shoots up.
30,000 to 49,999: The Vostok rocket lifts off the launch pad.
50,000 to 69,999: The Voskhod rocket lifts off the launch pad.
70,000 to 99,999: The Soyuz lifts off the launch pad.
100,000 to 119,999: The Buran spacecraft (The Soviet version of the United States Space Shuttle) lifts off the launch pad.
120,000++: A UFO appears in the launch pad, but it is instead Saint Basil's Cathedral on the right which launches into space.
