Our server town needed a mob farm for skellies and creepers (with zombies as an unfortunate byproduct), and, before I build the Mobstar (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d-d3DZCD-5o) over a nearby ocean, I wanted to make a more basic one in town. I chose Monkeyfarm's design ("Mobs on Demand/Endless Mobs") because I think it's hard to beat for a flushing mob farm that excludes endermen. But of course I put my own touches on it and made what I think are a few improvements.
