A man is accusing a Barnes & Noble store of sex bias, after he says he was ejected from a store as a potential sex offender for shopping in the children's section, and was told that he was violating a store policy under which men aren't allowed to be in the children's section by themselves.

Neither the management of the location in question, or Barnes & Noble corporate have made public statements on the accusation, and the man is seeking an apology and considering legal action.
