I'm not alone experiencing this, but it is irritating as heck when driving around since the screen flickers -- giving me nausea. I am on the latest Nvidia drivers and have the latest update for the game. Settings in game are low or off and I am using DLSS at quality.

A full story playthrough on hard difficulty with side missions and exploration playing as Rafa and the Peacebreaker Cannons spec/action skill. I am playing on Windows 10, AMD Ryzen 7 2700X, Nvidia RTX 2070, 48 GB of RAM.
