Boss Challenge Brave Lv.3 (Twili Midna)
11If any of the Boss Challenges are tricky so far, it's probably the Brave Battle. Lv.2 and 3 run on for quite a while for fixed-time challenges, and all the Giant Bosses are going for you unlike in the KO challenges. So you kind of have to watch how much damage you take when going for the A-rank.
This is actually a rare instance when I had an easier time using something that's not the Master Sword, even before taking elemental weaknesses into account. While the Master Sword can break Giant Bosses without having to use a Special Attack, to do so it needs to use C4 which puts Link in a vulnerable aerial state. Not a problem if going one-on-one, but you'll probably have to face multiple Giants and officers at the same time in the Brave Battles.
Twili Midna needs some meter to effectively break a Giant Boss, but that C1 gives a useful invincibility period and can make the various distractions back off for a bit.
