So, I guess this was supposed to be some kind of new standard for out-of-control missions. But I guess, also playing into that was how I wasn't so used to Agitha, and that the souped-up Baton is also pretty out-of-control.

Before, I wasn't so sure that using Regular Attack+ instead of Finishing Blow+ was a great idea, but now I'm pretty sure it goes on my ideal Baton. Unlike the Rapier and Dominion Rod, the Baton WPS has a fairly narrow focus so it's not as ideal for taking out groups of officers. On the other hand the C3 to standard string juggle is great for doing just that without sacrificing the ability to dodge-cancel out when you smell trouble.

It also becomes a wall of pain when combined with Hasty Attacks. I didn't feel that much pressure even when having to fend off grounded lizards. Hasty Attacks also lets me WPS Link with 4 jabs and King Dodongo using a couple of C6's. No Special Attacks needed to WPS!

Later I found out that you don't even have to time a C6 this way; you start when the WPG shows up and just go like: full standard string - dodge - C6. Also works on Argorok if your timing is spot-on, but I think the other Giant Bosses still get up too fast.
