Some stuff with this thing again. Anyways, here's World Of Fire with all done to "Perfect!" and I get all them cards that can be gotten so far. I also try to lose as little health as possible. This is the last world with 10 levels in it.

I get cards 21-24 when getting rid of the enemy in the card.
Card 5 unlocks when clearing levels 1 - 5. No Perfect necessary.
Card 6 unlocks when clearing levels 6 - 10. No Perfect necessary.
Card 37 unlocks either when you PERFECT this world or enough levels overall. (I have 30 PERFECTs at this point)

Highlights include the plan in World Of Fire 8 which I believe was a first try.
