Sound is in sync this time even though I recall there being longer stuff. Anyways, here's World Of Ice with all done to "Perfect!" and I get all them cards that can be gotten so far. I also try to lose as little health as possible.

I get cards 29-32 when getting rid of the enemy in the card.
Card 9 unlocks when clearing levels 1 - 10. No Perfect necessary.
Card 10 unlocks when clearing levels 10 - 15. No Perfect necessary.
Card 39 unlocks either when you PERFECT this world or enough levels overall. (I have 60 PERFECTs at this point)

Highlights include the lucky enemy kill with a boulder in World Of Ice 1, the lucky enemy kill with a bomb in World Of Ice 3 (I've read in a FAQ that only boulder kills get the card, that's crap, explosions count), the fact that I got all 4 enemy cards after 3 levels, and all tile cleaning of World Of Ice 4, the quite cool dropped bomb explosion in World Of Ice 8, at the end of World Of Ice 13 getting lucky after screwing up and completion methods of World Of Ice 14 & 15.
