I have no idea why, but after the VLC conversion the sound went way off sync after the first longer map. The original low res one is in sync. VLC superior converter my ass (it doesn't even like a pitch black screen which confuses its timecodes when playback-ing). Anyways, here's World Of Water with all done to "Perfect!" and I get all them cards that can be gotten so far. I also try to lose as little health as possible. This is the first world with 15 levels in it and that's how it is until the end of the game.

I get cards 25-28 when getting rid of the enemy in the card.
Card 7 unlocks when clearing levels 1 - 10. No Perfect necessary.
Card 8 unlocks when clearing levels 10 - 15. No Perfect necessary.
Card 38 unlocks either when you PERFECT this world or enough levels overall. (I have 45 PERFECTs at this point)

Highlights include the all tile cleaning in World Of Water 3 and 13, and how the last two enemies die in World Of Water 8.
