Bounder Longplay (C64) [50 FPS]
Developed and published by Gremlin Graphics in 1986.
A fiendish puzzle game to say the least. You must control your bouncing tennis ball through 10 scrolling, challenging levels as you endeavour to move between platforms without falling to your death or coming into contact with the various enemies on each level.
Your ball constantly bounces and you must time your movement to move between platforms. Platforms may affect your ball in a number of ways, such increasing the duration it stays in the air or hiding a bonus of some kind. Along the way, you can collect "jumps" to be used in the bonus stage at the end of each level.
As the levels progress things get more difficult with enemies spawning in your path; this means you need to stay in a certain place so the enemy spawns there and won't block your path.
My only criticism is the last level has some sections where it's seems impossible not to die, otherwise it's a great, if frustrating game.
