Developed by Vision Software and published by Codemasters in 1989.

This a reasonable Pac-Man clone featuring everybody's favourite egg with boxing gloves, Dizzy!

There's not much else to say about this one; you chase items of food around a maze and avoid the enemy robots. Every so often you'll get an interlude, just like Pac-Man and gain an extra life, but that's about it.

It can get quite tough in later levels where you have to lure the enemies around to make paths for yourself. Also, certain parts of the level can be opened up to allow access, but it will also allow the enemies to move around as well.

The graphics aren't great, in fact it's very difficult to work out what the food actually is; I'm sure one of them looks like a bone in a bun?! Dizzy also moves painfully slowly, which lessens the enjoyment of the game.

Other than that, it's still quite a fun game.

I don't think the game has an ending. It's reported to have 30 levels, which I played through, but then the game goes and flips upside down (the game manual does state that anyone who reaches level 30 is in for a big surprise...). The up/down controls get reversed, but the left/right stay the same, which is very confusing. I've recorded one of the upside-down levels just to show what it's like.

Enjoy!
