After you have completed the game, load your save file. Instead of fighting the final boss, go to the Valley of Sighs where you visited a gravesite in the early game. Check the gravesite and you’ll have to take on the spirit of a former Hero of Light. Defeat him and you’ll unlock the Bravebearer class.
The Bravebearer is objectively the strongest class in the game, as its theme is to break the rules. Not only can it manipulate BP, it can also deal damage based on non-combat stats like the amount of time you played the game or the number of battles you’ve been in. It also allows single-target abilities to multi-target and grants the incredibly powerful “Sub-Job Specialty 2” ability. The only more powerful class is the Freelancer, mastered, with every other class mastered as well, but since the Bravebearer’s “Sub-Job Specialty 2” ability grants you access to the Freelancers “Late Bloomer” ability, which is what makes it that powerful, it’s still a better choice.
