Screw Anihal! I knew you shouldn't take out all of her pets or it'd be worse, but I ended up doing it and she counters like a truck. Not sure if the flan thingy is the best one to let alive, but not the snake.

The nimph may be the best option. Not sure if it can heal its allies, but reducing its hp will render white wind almost useless.
