7Final battle of Chapter 6, featuring Yulyana.
He has two main attacks: Amped Strike and Meteor. Amped Strike is easy to counter with knight Agnès, but Meteor is devastating. Luckily, his AI focuses on Amped Strike until he reaches 50% HP, after which it focuses on Meteor. I say focus with care, because it does not limit him to those actions: I had him wipe the floor with Meteor turn 1 my first try. Still, this priorities as well as knowing he will use his Invocations (turn 1 or 2 buffs P.Atk, and when he falls below 50% he buffs M.Atk) makes the battle a not so considerable effort.
This battle will conclude chapter 6. Next up will be another repetition of Crystal battles. Norende Shops will be leveled to 10 in Chapter 7, giving access to heike Armor and Night Emperor, as well as the final Specials and Special Parts. I will still restric myself from level 11 Norende, which has Falcon Knifes and Fox Tails among other not-so-balanced weaponry.
