That one time I discovered they added a new mechanich by reading the instruction manual.
The timing is pretty tight, almost impossible, I had 20 takes before getting it.
(Ultimate Muscle GCN still better tho).

You have to press guard button at the same time you're falling on the mat after a throw, you'll receive minimum damage and also be able to tech roll immediately, to escape ground locks, strikes and pins.
