⛏️【Breaking Bedrock With Dark Oak Saplings】〖Obtaining the Unobtainable in Minecraft Bedrock Edition〗
Hey friends, are you ready to break Bedrock by breaking bedrock? That's what's up!
Today's episode is simply about that -- breaking bedrock in Minecraft Bedrock Edition. It's one of the original unobtainable goals in Minecraft, and throughout the years there have been many different methods to achieve this goal. However, they are usually quite complicated and involve precise timing and randomized chance and all that unreliable garbage.
But that's for the Java folks friends, not us broken Bedrockers. We live within the glitches in Bedrock edition, born into it and molded by it, or whatever it is that that squeaky-voiced creepy dude likes to say. We don't need exploding TNT destroying trapdoors pushed by pistons, we just need our humble friend, the Dark Oak Sapling.
That's right friends, to break the bottom layer of Bedrock and achieve access to the Undervoid is that simple. You don't need anything else besides four pieces of dirt, 10 or so random building blocks, and some Dark Oak Saplings. Bedrock edition is so broken that a mere tree can remove the most unbreakable blocks in the game.
Here's how it works friends -- basically, the Dark Oak tree seems to grow in multiple stages. First, the main trunk and leaves are applied, and after the Dark Oak branches that round out the top of the tree are added in. I think it's done in this order because of the way the Dark Oak branches are set up to cut through any other block they might spawn on top of. This presumably is done to allow them to cut through the leaves that are already placed, but it's not just leaves that our branchy buddies are looking to chop through -- they will remove absolutely anything in their way.
The issue remaining is that these branches are only grown on the top of the tree, and we're trying to drill a hole downwards. Well, with a clever trick to force our Dark Oaks to glitch spawn inside the ground, we can get these branches so low that they're able to cut downwards through the bedrock.
And that's all there is to it friends! The hardest part of breaking bedrock in broken Bedrock edition is actually gathering the Dark Oak Saplings to begin with! After you've got them, it's just a matter of bonemealing some specially-placed saplings. What a game!
Hope you enjoyed friends, these videos have been a blast to make. I'll be back with more Minecraft glitches and other assorted shenanigans soon. Catch you later alligator!

---[ Series Information ]---------------
"Obtaining The Unobtainable In Minecraft Bedrock Edition" is a series with a stupidly long but accurate name -- it's a series where we try and find all the weird illegal items in Minecraft Bedrock edition and find different ways to obtain them. So, it's long and clunky, but at least it knows what it's talking about!
One of the cool things about having a long-lasting Minecraft server is gathering things that can no longer be obtained in later versions. Ever since I was a kid and got myself some alpha slabs that were fireproof and wouldn't stack with normal slabs, I was interested in this kind of stuff, and by looking at all the weird glitchy stuff on my YouTube channel you can probably tell that hasn't changed much, haha.
This series aims to explain all the ways you can do something you shouldn't, specifically in the Bedrock edition of Minecraft, as there aren't nearly as many people covering Bedrock as there are Java. If you know any illegal items or weird glitches we can do, be sure to let me know down in the comments! Thanks for stopping by friends!
