Breakout Mission | How to Disable the Energy Barrier and Help Ank Escape
2Welcome back to another video guide! This time, we’re going to cover the Star Wars Outlaws breakout mission walkthrough, especially the tricky parts like how to disable the energy barrier and help Ank escape.
The first thing you need to do is talk to Krisk. To speed things up, fast travel to this point here. Then head inside the Dormak Refectory and talk to the bartender to get info about a mercenary. Or, if you want to take a shortcut, just go right, then left, and at the end, you’ll find some stairs. Head up to meet with Krisk and Qi'ra.
They’ll ask you to break into the Ashiga’s Clan Weapons Factory to free Ank. After the conversation, open your map and fast travel to the closest point near the Roadway Gate, then follow me.
At the entrance, you’ll see two guards. Talk to them, and after a short chat, they’ll let you through. Just a few steps ahead, you’ll find your speeder. Hop on and drive all the way to the end of the speeder area.
Once there, follow the main path through the cracks. At the end, you’ll reach the Ashiga’s Weapons Factory. Now, for you to get to the other side, you will need to take down some guards, but I’ll show you how to sneak through the factory without getting caught.
After you’ve dealt with the soldiers, open the door in front of you, climb the grated wall on your left, and jump to the right to access what looks like a pipe tunnel. Follow it until you find a vent and jump down to the level below.
Keep following the path until you reach the other side of the room. Grab some loot, then go down another level. Follow the main path until you spot a passage on your left. Enter the room and take down the lone guard. Right after, turn right and you’ll find a computer. Through the glass window, you’ll see Ank.
Climb the wall on your right and follow the path to get to the other side. Once there, use your buddy to press the button on the other side to stop the vent in front of you on the lower level. Head down and follow the main path until you reach Ank.
After a quick conversation, you’ll need to retrieve Ank’s gear from the locker. Head to the door behind you, where you’ll find yourself in a room with soldiers and a robot. On your left, there’s a vent—sneak through it.
At the end, you’ll face four guards. Take them down quietly before using your data spike to open the door at the end. Inside, follow the stairs up to the locker room. There’s only one guard, so take him out and grab Ank’s stuff.
Open the nearby door and follow the path to the next part of the mission. Once you’re there, shoot the core behind you to get the crates moving. Jump onto one of them to reach the other side. I tried sneaking, but got caught, so I fought my way through. As long as you stay alive, follow me all the way down.
Now, use your grappling gun to jump to the other side, but be careful because there might be two guards waiting. Once you cross, climb up to the main floor, and I’ll show you how to disable the energy barrier in star wars outlaws.
First, make sure to take down all the guards quietly. The last guard will be facing the energy barrier. Once he’s down, have your buddy open the vent and shoot the core inside. On your left, there’s a huge rock—shoot it to reveal another core. Shoot it again to disable the energy barrier and help Ank escape.
Now, head up to the next floor using the lift on the other side of the room. You may have to fight off some enemies, but it’s nothing too hard. Once you’ve cleared the area, the lift will take you to the top floor.
Take out a few more enemies and follow me to the next door. To open it, you’ll need to defeat all the enemies in the hallway. Once they’re down, head inside. Take out the guards in front of you however you can. My aim was off, so I decided to beat them down.
Go up the stairs, head left, and you’ll find Ank. After a quick chat, Ank will leave the factory, and you should do the same. Follow me to get out of the Ashiga’s Weapons Factory.
