Breath of Fire 3 Part 6: We'll Never Be Done With Balio and Sunder, Will We?
3I really don't know why we couldn't walk back up the stairs to the castle, and I have no idea why I didn't even try :') Whatever the reason, Ryu and his new friend, Nina, are running through the catacombs beneath Wyndia, trying to get back up to the surface and the safety it provides. Once they get through, instead of going to the castle and Nina's parents who RULE THE COUNTRY AND HAVE A LOT OF POWER TO FIND PEOPLE, the kids decide to play tag for a hint as to where Rei and/or Teepo might have gotten to. They also don't tell the guards that Balio and Sunder tried to kidnap her because... reasons. So the kids wander off into the wilderness without any help in order to find Ryu's friends and GUESS WHO'S BACK.
I just... I can't with these kids :')
Also, two big things: Thing one, down in the catacomb, apparently hitting all of the red words on the seven tombstones will drop you into an area, and when you climb out, you can get the chest I missed at the beginning of the area. And if you hit all the green words, another little area is supposed to open up somewhere in there that'll let you grab another chest.
Thing two, if you leave Wyndia but DON'T go straight to the road, you can circle around the city and go in on the other side from where you exited (so sort of Northeast, I think?), and there's a new master you can find there. They don't give any stat increases or useful skills but the third skill they teach is needed to apprentice to another master later in the game, so... Yeah, wish I could go back :')
