Bruce Lee - An Exercise Routine - Train Like a Bodybuilder - With Adam Simpson
Hi everyone, as some of you might know, my studies, The Art of Expressing the Human Body, my fitness regime is largely a part of it and I absolutely love it. This video is a video of me working out from one of my own circuit routines (in my own garage). I did roughly around 10-20 repetitions for each exercise and I even used a couple of my piano chairs as a bench (funnily enough!). Exercises are all below.
0:45 - Chest and Biceps (dumbbell bench press, flies and bicep curls).
9:10 - Traps, shoulders and triceps (shoulder shrugs, seated side raise and dumbbell extensions).
17:07 - Legs (squats, lunges both sides).
24:38 - Back, forearms, abs (dumbbell rows, hammer curls and seated crunches).
32:35 - Push ups.
36:37 - Good mornings (hamstrings and lower back) Failed! Hahahaha my legs felt like jelly.
37:22 - Calf raises.
43:31 - Stretches - in order, biceps/forearms/shoulders/hamstrings/ triceps/adductor/glutes/quads/shoulder rolls both ways).
