Hi everyone! As part of my studies, my expansion on Bruce Lee’s The Art of Expressing the Human Body (not in terms in martial arts but in dancing), health and fitness is a big part of it. Getting fit and into shape is important and so I recorded myself with weeks of seeing my progression of reducing my body fat. I did bodybuilding poses too so you can see all areas of where the fat has come off.
