Description:
The SSS temporarily split up to help various organizations with restoring order in Crossbell. However, the previous incident means Erebonia and Calvard are now a lot more hasty in their efforts to take over Crossbell. This, combined with Ouroboros's increasing activity in the region, is going to require even greater damage control efforts from the SSS.

You have yet another train inspection quest, and you get to work in pairs. However, you have to determine your partner by selecting certain RPS combinations, which will require either trial and error or a guide. As you inspect the people here, you'll find Shing on the train. He'll help you catch two suspicious people in one of the cars, with one being a shady merchant the the other lying about going to Ored. Of the two, the second one is the culprit who stole the old man's ticket, and he did so because he was in a rush to see his sick mother. Shing gives the second man a loan and gets him off the hook, leaving the first one to be arrested for selling forged tickets.
At the IBC, Mariabell needs us to find her five dolls, which were stolen by Phantom Thief Bleublanc. You'll have to go to Sergei's office, a shed on Armorica Old Road, Archbishop Eralda, the train tracks of Bellguard Gate, and the B5F computer room of the IBC. Like in the ZCF, the thief leaves behind a self-deleting electronic message. When the SSS returns the dolls to Mariabell, Lloyd suspects Bleublanc may have impersonated Mariabell, but her angry reaction confirms she's the real deal.
