Another Project has been done, this time this particular Brutal Doom Fork, which features Different sprites and mechanics such as:
Slowed Movement and pulsing effects on Low Health (a la Doom 3)
More Recoil
Glory Kills
Ammo Crates
etc
And in contrast to other forks, this one is based on v20b instead of v21.

Got this map-pack that features a "Ripatorium" map which consists on infinite spams via cubes, definitely not the best combination of mods since this specific build is inclined towards semi-realistic mechanics.
