This is part 1 of my Brutal Doom II playthrough.

Despite hearing about Brutal Doom on and off for years, I never got around to trying it... so here is me trying it.
Decided on Doom II rather than the original. Plumped for Ultraviolence, but don't know if it is the same as base Doom II. I suppose I'll find out.

I opted for a metal soundtrack over the original, but the only other thing of note is that you might notice a slight lighting change at the start of 'The Waste Tunnels'. Using the flashlight kept causing the game to tank while recording, so I switched the GL settings from dark to standard. I clipped this out in edit.
