BRUTAL DOOM v21 Dox - The Legacy of Heroes Part 1 [100% SECRETS]
680Brutal Doom v21 and Dox Personalized Addon, together with The Legacy of Heroes by gaspe on Ultra-Violence difficulty level, 100% Secrets achieved. Legacy of Heroes WAD will simply kick your ass in a lot of situations, this WAD is no joke - a lot of difficult ambushes and traps are waiting for you and your skills. You have to reach a medieval like themed dimension on the other side of the portal, but be aware because the difficulty spike is rising with every next level you are about to play. While first two maps are not that difficult, except a semi-boss fight at the end of second level, from that moment prepare yourself for being in the real world of hurt. Third map is the first level that loves to suddenly spawn Revenants or Archviles just to scare you, you are going to grab a key and suddenly behind you there is an Archvile, yikes. All of the 4 secrets on that map are thankfully not so far from each other, it is advisable to get as many secrets as possible while playing this WAD, you are going to need lots of them. Fourth level is a bit longer than previous maps, it is also a first one where you are going to face a Cyberdemon - but thankfully you already have a Rocket Launcher and Plasma Rifle at that moment. This map also features two very difficult ambushes that you unfortunately must face - first is a small dark room with crushing ceilings at the exits and a lot of Imps you must simply eliminate. Second ambush is a small room with two Revenants, annoying Pain Elemental and an Imp or two, you better find a nice place there to stun them with your Minigun, this is a really deadly trap. Fifth level is a real nightmare with ambushes, a fairly large map where you have to collect 3 keys in any order you want to reach an exit boss fight with Spider Mastermind and 3 Archviles. You will find here a lot of hurt, ambushes with suddenly spawning multiple monsters just in your proximity are not a rarity, same happens with you being spawned between 6 Hell Knights.
