Once again I decided to not go for Solver even though everything looks like it's absolutely needed. This time they banned Gluestorm. But they did not ban... well... see yourself :)

Build Order:

1) 000 Ice, Free Dart, r12
2) Mortar
3) 000 Wiz at the very top of the center, send to r35, buy 010
4) Sell Mortar around 24.5 seconds and ice right after for 020 Wiz
5) Send to r39, buy 021
6) Place a 2nd 021 Wiz below and a little to the right (to get WoF at the right side)
7) Sell Dart, buy a 000 Sub in the middle, send to 45
8) Sub to 300, sell top wiz at around $1000 for 400
9) 320 Ice where the WoF was
10) r49
11) Another 320 Ice on the blue platform
12) 003 Boat
13) 3rd 320 Ice (also on blue platform)
14) A 2nd 400 Subon the left side, r65
15) 3 more Ice Shards
16) 302 Boomer bottom left
17) 300 Alch on Boomer, sell for 402
18) 402 Boomer right side, with 300 Alch
19) Rebuy Alch left side
20) 320 Spike left side
21) 2x 402 Ace with 400 Alch (sell some shards)
22) Maulers (maybe?)
23) Sell Everything for Pirate Lord (double 040 Boat might be better)
