Bug Collection ~ Doom 3: Resurrection of Evil
0WHY WASN'T THE BASE GAME MORE LIKE THIS?!?!?! I swear, Enjoyed 2/3rds of Doom 3, with the other third being a slog. This DLC takes it to another level. It's pretty short and punchy, it has good horror sections and good action sections, and the gameplay is a huge improvement on the base game. You get given a Hellbound Heart that gives you consumable bullet time complete with damage and speed boosts at later levels, and it low-key makes the gameplay fucking incredible. I have a passionate positive view on this DLC pack that I just didn't have about the base game. AND THE FINAL BOSS WAS GREAT! You just fight him! He flies and he's got environmental moves, but he's not a gimmick, and there's only a small trickle of ad enemies. Massive improvement from the awkward bullshit the Cyberdemon gives you in the base game. 10/10 SHOT IT UNTIL IT DIED.
