Not sure if this is a bug or an intended game mechanic, but if you activate frost armor when you have a damage over time effect on your character it will apply the slow every time the damage ticks. So if you're bleeding, on fire, or cursed, this armor ability, which is available to any and all cloth armors, could prove very useful. This makes ganking much more difficult as the slow is constantly re-applied to the target allowing you to widen the distance between you and your attacker. This could be the next big anti-gank skill.
