advantages - good presentation of the story in different inscriptions and secret messages in secret rooms; perfect voice acting, high-quality animation. In short - everything that befits the demo version and even more than necessary, which pleases. There is a second floor, playability... playable.
disadvantage - poorly designed map, no additional features, such as "brightness" and mouse sensitivity. There are such bugs as the floor disappears in the corner rounded places and there is no ceiling in the initial room after the barrier breaks.
But despite this, since this is a demo, all these little things are excusable. I am very happy with the game and recommend everyone else to play.
