After a wonderful request by detox x, I decided to bring forward the idea of covering the the process involved in setting up and building your own debian based distro using a commonly known utility that other distros also use for their builds.

In this video i show you the basics steps to get a simple cli distro booting and then how to turn it into a desktop variant using both LXDE & Gnome with a hint of how to install VLC as well with the finishing step of copying the distro build onto a USB key and testing it.

During the multiple builds performed in this video I try to give some reference to their manual to and the steps performed so you can refer back to manual / know that it exists.

-- General Video Notes --
- Be cautious / You can break your system easily (specially with dd)
- Filmed raw / Not a professional video... Just to the point (no edits)
- This is a hobby at most, i'm no expert but a long time linux user
- You will need to do this on an existing debian installation
- Future videos to come if this gets popular enough (lol)
- The example i was trying to give about recommends, was aimed at the purpose of using it when you disable apt recommends

-- Future Videos --
- I would happily cover more and deeper all the way Upto where AngryOS is (and possibly going)
- Extra/Alternative kernels and some drivers
- Theming the distro / rebranding
- Installer / installing to a hard drive
- USB persistence / Encrypted installs
- Rebuilding other Distros (Pop, Kali, Manjaro, so on)
- Explain in detail about the tools used
