Episode 9 of our new For Rent Around the World build series! I'm attempting to build a multi-unit rental lot in every world in The Sims 4 using the new For Rent expansion pack. Today I'm building in Mount Komorebi from the Snowy Escape expansion pack and creating a Japanese capsule hotel owned by an elder couple who runs the restaurant next door! There will be 6 pod hotel rooms in total and one owner's unit on top of the restaurant. There are barely any amenities in this hotel as traditionally the nightly rent is as low as 15 bucks! Hopefully your Sims can find a unit that fits their needs! I hope you enjoy this style of video and please let me know what theme I should do next!
