Episode 11 of our new For Rent Around the World build series! I'm attempting to build a multi-unit rental lot in every world in The Sims 4 using the new For Rent expansion pack. Today I'm building in Glimmerbrook with the new Crystal Creations Stuff Pack and making a magic boarding school for occult Sims who want to specialize in Gemology! There are 4 units in total on this lot: 2 double dorms and 2 singles. There are multiple outdoor gem charging stations and 2 Gemology crafting tables in this boarding school. Hopefully your Sims can find a unit that fits their needs! I hope you enjoy this style of video and please let me know what theme I should do next!
