Using the high/low system of training. This means that I do a weight for 6 reps then cut the weight in half and do that weight for 12 reps. Then the formula is repeated for 5 reps/10 reps and 4 reps/8 reps. Take a 60 second rest and repeat.
Done. This is just one of the ways I train my shins for combat conditioning purposes.
