The MacMillan MCM 16 is a powerful, but uncontrollable Formula 1 car based on the McLaren MP4/4. It uses a 4L V16 engine that produces 805 HP, revs up to 12,000 RPM, and shares the same bore & stroke measurements as the Honda RA16.
