Building Up To Overpower Enemies In This Roguelike Deckbuilder | Northwind Demo Gameplay
2Hello everyone! We are back with more Northwind. I played a previous demo version of this game around a year ago, and got recently notified that there has been a huge update to it, so I decided to give it another try. I did enjoy the game a lot the previous time, and I am still enjoying it. I like how this is one of the only deckbuilder where you are not really supposed to get rid of your default cards, but upgrade them instead. In this game, you only generate one mana per turn by default, and you are supposed to generate mana by drawing cards that do so. Also, the main gimmick is that you are supposed to overpower your enemy's attack (the one with the highest power will deal damage to the other), so it is not the type of game where you are supposed to be shielding yourself; in this game, the best defense is a strong attack. You can upgrade, merge, duplicate, and so on... There is a lot to do in this demo, so it is better if you watch or try it by yourself.
