Walk to the end of the path and wait for Sarrano to open the door. Follow him and Ishi around the path and pull up the lever to open the iron gate.
After Sarrano falls down, walk to the edge of the rail and use your leash to pull the platform toward you. Kick in the chain-link door on the other side and slide down the two slopes.
Once you spot Sarrano, hold LT when prompted to. Quickly take cover, and take out the Burnouts on the ground first. Next, hold LT to see where a sniper on the ground is located. Pick it up and use it to take out the snipers above.
The angle of the snipers is sort of tricky, but you can aim for one of the two spherical gas cans behind them to take them out. With all snipers down, quickly use the Dropkit, then take out the next group of snipers behind you.
When Sarrano shows up again, follow him through the door and down the toxic path. Once you get to the lift, press X on the lever to lower it. Exit to the lift and open the next door to the left.
