Slide to get under the door and follow Sarrano up onto the bridge. Use your leash to pull down the higher half to your level. Repeat this step several times before the whole thing collapses, then jump up and grab onto the rail and climb across.
Once you see those tiny mutant creatures crawling around, hit RT to fire one of them. Sprint up up the slope and hold LT when prompted to. Follow Ishi and Sarrano into the building, but use the Dropkit outside first.
Walk onto the lift and press X to take you up. As the lift takes you up, shoot and kill those little mutants before they get to the gears. Once you reach the top, hold LT when prompted to.
Sprint off the lift and follow Ishi and Sarrano's lead by performing a long slide under the door before it closes. Follow Ishi and Sarrano to the next area. Kick in the two bay doors to get outside. Head for the rope, then grab onto to it and slide across.
