Follow Trishka down the tunnel and out of the Ulysses. Kick the broken column to your right, then kick another broken column before heading across the makeshift bridge.
Climb up the rebar, then quick the white panel to the right. Walk up the path that will eventually lead you down into a building. Walk onto the elevator and press X to have it take you down.
Turn right and ket your kill on outside. Use your sniper to take out the Creeps up on the second level. Once the area is cleared, head up the steps and to the right. Kick in the panel and head downstairs.
Turn right and shoot for the bomb near the group of enemies to get a bunch of "Environmental kills." Head around and into the building where the next group of Creeps will be waiting for you.
Once you take care of them, use the nearby Dropkit before following Ishi down the hallway. Kick through the glass door and head outside where you'll be ambushed by a group of attacking Creeps.
Kill them off them, then continue over the fallen column. As soon as you hop over, hop back over and use it as cover from the Creeps at the bottom of the stairs. Switch to your sniper and take them out.
Head downstairs and kill the next group of enemies waiting for you behind the broken slabs of concrete. Walk around the crashed monorail and down the steps.
Use the Dropkit to the left (equip yourself with the Bouncer), then go up the slope and join the Ishi and Trishka in the next area of fighting. Clear out the area, grab the boss' machine gun, then hold LT when prompted to.
Use the machine gun to wipe out the next group of Skulls coming down the escalator. Walk up through the carnage. After Trishka and Ishi hop down on the other side, help them kill the Skulls around the chairs.
After Trishka warns you that they're headed upstairs, hold LT. Take them out, then head through the bay door. Use the Dropkit at the end of the hallway, then follow the path around and help out Trishka and Ishi down below.
Look to the left and take out the next wave of attacking Skulls. Head down the tunnel and kill the two Skulls behind the chairs. Use the Dropkit in the corner, then take out the group of enemies behind you.
Head across the bridge. Wait for the two bosses to cross under you, then aim for their backs while they are busy fighting Trishka and Ishi.
Continue across the bridge and through the bay door to the right. Use the walls as cover and take out the next group of enemies in this area. Head downstairs and use the Dropkit to the left.
