Hop over the couch to the right and hold LT when prompted to. Annihilator blasts still work best against these bosses. Hit with a few in face to weaken him, then get behind him and aim for the blue backpack to defeat him.
Pick up his machine gun and quickly take cover behind the stairs. Use the gun to take out the Skulls dropping in from the balconies. With the bottom floor mostly cleared, take out the remaining enemies upstairs.
With Ishi and Trishka distracting two more bosses, get to a balcony where you can shoot their backs and destroy them. More enemies will show up, so make sure you have some cover to last you through this intense scene of fighting.
After what feels like an eternity, once you finally clear the area, head through the doorway that Trishka will be standing by. Head up several sets of ramps and stairs to get to the other side of the cargo hold.
Crouch to get into the crawl space and kick out the panel at the end. Jump down and use the nearby Dropkit (equip yourself with the Boneduster). Climb over the obstacle and hold LT when prompted to. Sprint across to the other side.
You have two minutes to get to the airstrip before Sarrano evacuates. Use the Boneduster to Kill the few Skulls that will be waiting for you around the turn.
When outside, sprint down the path and quickly dispose of the next group of attacking enemies. At the dead end, crouch, turn right and crawl through the crawl space.
Turn left and kick a bomb in the direction of the Skulls to dispose of them. Climb over the obstacles and when outside, slide down the long path to avoid getting hit by crossfire.
ACHIEVEMENT: Turn right and head down the steps. Kill the few Skulls, then head down the slope. Climb over the cement, head down the slope and book it down the airstrip to receive the "I Might Be Late" Achievement.
ACHIEVEMENT: Sprint toward the jumpship and once you get close enough, use your leash to pull open the door to earn the "Stowaway" Achievement.
