Wait for Trishka to open the door, then quickly take cover in the next room. Sarrano's Heavy Echo shock-troopers may be the toughest group of enemies yet, but nothing you can't handle.
Advance through the room and take the whole group of shock-troopers out. Get to the next door and use the wall as cover after it opens. Clear the hallway of shock-troopers, then head for the next door.
Shoot and kill the two shock-troopers right at the door, then head for the nearby crates for cover. There will be a Dropkit to your right----after you use it, take out the rest of the shock-troopers in this area.
Get to the other end of the room and press X near the lever on the left wall to eject the cargo hold and earn multiple "Ejaculated" kills. Wait for Trishka to open the door, then head into the next room.
Once you get locked out of the next door, walk over to Trishka and press X to give her a boost. After Ishi gets the door open, head inside. Wait for the elevator door to open, then head inside.
Sprint down the hallway and get on the next elevator. Once the elevator lands, hold LT when prompted to. Turn right and perform a slide to take cover behind the stack of crates.
Turn right and use your leash to pull on a nearby shock-trooper and slam him down to get multiple "Flyswatter" kills. Clear the room, then when the door opens at the other end of the room, use your leash to kill the trooper behind the machine gun.
Take the machine gun down the hallway and destroy anything that comes in your path. Head through the open door and take out the gunner off in the distance. Peek your head around the corner to the right and take out the other gunner.
Go straight ahead, walk up the steps to the right and take out any other shock-troopers. Wait for Ishi to join you upstairs. While he tries to open the door, hold LT when prompted to.
Use the nearby machine gun to take out the waves of shock-troopers that will come pouring in.
