This is a tutorial on how to easily get to ALL the other areas/islands at the beginning of the game. This is the easiest known method of doing it, by following this guide you should not have any trouble reaching Bullworth Town, Old Bullworth Vale, Billy Crane's Traveling Carnival, Asylum, Blue Skies Industrial Park and New Coventry.
