STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:
1) Head to the bottom left of your desktop and search Virus & threat protection.
2) Underneath Virus & threat protection settings, click on manage setting.
3) Scroll down to Controlled Folder Access, then click on the Manage Controlled Folder Settings then click allow an app through controlled folder access.
4) Click Add an Allowed App, Browse all apps and find your Bully.exe and add it

5) Go back to Virus & threat Protection settings, scroll down to exclusions and click add or remove exclusions.
6) Click on Add and exclusion, then click FILE. Find your Bully.exe and add it.
DONE!

This will allow your to save your game and progress. This works on all windows operating systems.
