This is a character I made two years ago, because I'm probably not going to do any more with it I'll go ahead and release it.
Keep in mind I don't know anything about using mugen so this is just a crappy edit of an existing shingo I found by beppu, was going to add different hit sparks and win animations and stuff but didn't get around to it.
Still, I think he is a lot of fun and has a unique play style.
