Well, Puzzle Bobble did get its true international release on the Neo Geo Multi Video System. Many of the graphics are the same, but the sound quality did get changed significantly to fit the hardware, I guess. Puzzle Bobble remains Puzzle Bobble on a Japan or Europe BIOS, but the game becomes Bust-A-Move when played on a US BIOS- that's where it got its localized name. The only thing that pretty much survived the Bubble Buster Americanization here is the title sequence- everything else is pretty much the same as Puzzle Bobble.
