Temporal Forces Pokemon Cards have only been out for a couple of weeks and there has been a lot of buzz about Pokemon Card Pull Rates being changed. Gone are the days where it seemed guaranteed that you would open a Special Illustration Rare or a Hyper Rare. Instead, after a 2,000 booster box sample size, it seems that 40% of the time, you will actually hit neither.
This is much different than Pokemon Card Fans are used to with the Scarlet and Violet Generation.
